2007 MANIAC RAFFLE

ELIGIBILITY
You must be 21 years or older to purchase a raffle entry.  Only one (1) individual may be identified as the Purchaser (or buyer) of the raffle entry.  All Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  Tickets may be purchased via the internet only.  All email communications, including the email ticket confirmation will be sent to the email address supplied during purchase.  It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide a valid, deliverable, mailing address and email address to MANIAC RAFFLE assume no liability for lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable entries or entries without proper payment received, which entries shall be deemed invalid shall be immediately disqualified.  MANIAC RAFFLE family members of founder are not eligible to participate in any MANIAC RAFFLE.  Certain states deem raffles illegal therefore entry purchaser must determine if they are in compliance.  By entering the raffle, the entry purchaser acknowledges that he or she is aware of and agrees with the raffle official rules.

DRAWINGS
 A maximum of 150,000 entries NATIONWIDE will be sold for each car raffle.  Key eligibility and prize drawing follows after last entry sold per raffle.  Winner must present ticket before delivery of prize.  The winner of raffle is entitled to a new CORVETTE, SHELBY MUSTANG, DODGE VIPER or MERCEDES colors may vary.  The vehicles will come with the manufactures warranty.  All applicable taxes (Federal and State) and or fees must be paid to delivery.  Winner must show proof of his or her valid state driver’s license and proof of insurance.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
All winners will be notified by email and phone of the raffle he or she WON and any requisite claim prize.  All vehicles will be personally dropped off by MANIAC RAFFLE to winner’s home address only.

TAXES AND IRS RULES
All winners shall be responsible for any and all Federal, State and Local income or excise taxes, fees, Assessments and like charges associated with prize.  The IRS requires that income tax withholding on prize values of $5,100 or greater must be paid upon award and distribution.  All applicable taxes (Federal and State) and fees must be paid prior to delivery.  Government rule governing withholding can change without notice.  MANIAC RAFFLE will follow the rules in effect at the time the prizes are awarded.

WAIVER/LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Entry purchasers, by participating (and winners, by accepting a prize) release MANIAC RAFFLE and it’s respective founder, vendors, representative, sponsors, service agencies and independent contractors, and each of their respective directors, officers, partners, employees and agents, including advertising, public relations, direct marketing and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to participation in the promotion and possession or use of the prize awarded and also acknowledge that they did not receive any representation, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to it’s quality, mechanical condition or fitness.  Any liability of MANIAC RAFFLE shall be limited to ticket price paid and in the case of any dispute, MANIAC RAFFLE decision shall be final.  MANIAC RAFFLE has the right to modify and amend these rules without notice at any time, so please read this page regularly to ensure you are update as to changes.
