1. To Enter Online:
Visit the current raffles page and fill out Maniac Raffle entry, click on the buy tickets link.  Once you’ve completed your raffle ticket(s) purchase, your name is officially entered into the drawing.  Your name is entered once for each individual ticket you purchase.

2. Prize:
Each prize is outlined in the current raffles area of MANIAC RAFFLE.

3. Winner Selection:
Each Raffle will have one (1) winner.  A winner is selected when all available tickets are sold.  The number of available tickets for each prize is 150,000 NATIONWIDE.  Maniac Raffle, reserves the right to decrease the amount of available tickets and the right to end a raffle when all tickets have been sold.  The random ticket is computer generated.  The winner will be notified within 10 days of a raffle ending.

4. Odds of Winning:
Not like state lotteries where odds of winning are 1 in 20 million, your odds of winning are incredible 1 in 150,000.  MANIAC RAFFLE never over sells tickets.

5. General Conditions:
Raffle prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by mail or telephone, prizes are nontransferable.  MANIAC RAFFLE reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if the advertised prize is unavailable.  By entering the raffle, each participant releases MANIAC RAFFLE and its agents from all responsibility of liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance of prize.  By entering any raffle, participants recognize and agree that registration information provided by the participant may be made available to MANIAC RAFFLE, use of such information will be governed by Maniac Raffle privacy policy.  Taxes, if any, related to the prizes are the responsibility of the individual winner.  Winners may be required to verify address or execute and return an affidavit of eligibility / publicity with 14 days of notification attempt or the prize may be forfeited and an alternative may be selected.  Entry constitutes permission to use winner’s names, stories, ideas, suggestions and promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.  MANIAC RAFFLE assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or to any other persons relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials in connection with this raffle.

MANIAC RAFFLE is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming or utilized in his raffle or by human error which may occur in the processing of the orders in this Maniac Raffle reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the online raffle due to not being capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of Maniac Raffle by entering the raffle, you may occasionally receive announcements through email.  By entering the raffle, you agree to be bound by these official rules.  Maniac Raffle reserves the right to discretion, to disqualify any individual it determines to be tampering with the order mechanism, to the official rules or acting in a disruptive manner.

6. Eligibility:
Each raffle is open to anyone nationwide who is 21 of age or older.  Void wherever prohibited by law.

7. Winner’s List:
A Winner’s list (i.e. winner announcement, Internet posting, etc.) will be emailed to each participant of raffle drawn.

8. Local Law:
The player is responsible for determining the legality of Internet gambling in the player’s place of resident location from where the player is accessing the website and abiding by those laws.  Maniac Raffle and its management will not be held liable if the laws of your locale prohibit this type of activity.

9. Awarding Prizes:
All prizes will be awarded within 30 days of winner address verification.  Where applicable, Maniac Raffle will ship the raffle winner’s prize and reserves the right to deliver the raffle prize and take promotional photos and winner statements.

10.Other:
This constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.  If any provision of this agreement is found unlawful or unenforceable for any reason, the portion shall be deemed severable from these terms and otherwise affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.  Maniac Raffle reserves the right to change this agreement.  It is your responsibility to check this agreement for changes and your use of this website after that time shall constitute your acceptance of any new terms thereafter.
